Trishuli River Rafting itinerary

  • Morning drive from Kathmandu to Charaudi (3–4 hours) along scenic hills and river gorges.
  • Meet your rafting guide, receive safety briefing, and get equipped with rafting gear.
  • First rafting session (2 hours) through exciting rapids.
  • Short rest stop for refreshments.
  • Continue rafting through iconic rapids such as Upset, Monsoon, Cotton Pony, S-Bend, Surprise, and Ladies Delight.
  • Arrive at resort for lunch and relaxation. Optional adventure activities: ziplining, rope cycling, wall climbing, swimming, canopy walk, motor boating.
  • Evening bonfire with BBQ, music, and dinner. Overnight stay at resort.

1- Day Trishuli River Rafting Tour

07:00 AM – Pick-up from Hotel in Kathmandu
Depart from your hotel and drive to the rafting starting point at Charaudi. The scenic drive takes approximately 3 hours along winding hills and river valleys.

10:00 AM – Arrival at Charaudi & Safety Briefing
Upon arrival, the crew prepares the rafts. You will receive a comprehensive safety briefing and basic paddle training before heading to the river.

10:30 AM – Rafting Adventure Begins
Start your rafting journey on the Trishuli River, encountering exciting Class I to Class III rapids (international rating scale). The rafting session lasts for about 3 hours, offering both thrills and scenic beauty.

01:30 PM – Riverside Lunch
Enjoy a freshly prepared outdoor lunch by the river, a perfect break to relax, savor the views, and relive the excitement of your rafting experience.

02:00–03:00 PM – Return to Kathmandu
After lunch, drive back to Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel, marking the end of your rafting adventure.
