- Visa Stamping Upon Arrival: Present the visa clearance letter upon arrival at Paro International Airport or designated land entry points. The visa will be stamped into your passport upon entry.

- Visa Fee: USD 40 (non-refundable, payable through the tour operator)
- Sustainable Development Fee (SDF): USD 100 per person per day
- Exemptions: Children under the age of 5 are exempt from the SDF. Additionally, visitors to Bhutanese towns bordering India are exempt from the SDF for up to 24 hours.
