Ghorepani Poon Hill Yoga Trek itinerary

Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will greet and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in, relax and unwind before enjoying an evening sound healing therapy session to ease into a calm state of mind.

Overnight: Hotel in Kathmandu

Start your morning with a gentle yoga session followed by breakfast. Take a scenic flight to Pokhara and enjoy sightseeing at Peace Stupa, Devi’s Falls, and Phewa Lake, including a serene boating experience with Himalayan reflections.
Overnight: Hotel in Pokhara

After your morning yoga, drive to Tikhedhunga (approx. 2 hours). Begin your trek to Ulleri (2,050 m), passing through lush landscapes and traditional villages. Evening relaxation with yoga and meditation.

Overnight: Lodge/Teahouse in Ulleri

After a revitalizing yoga session, trek through rhododendron forests and beautiful terraced hills to Ghorepani (2,860 m) — a charming village with panoramic mountain views. Enjoy an evening yoga practice surrounded by serene mountain energy.

Overnight: Lodge/Teahouse in Ghorepani

Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3,210 m) to witness the stunning sunrise over Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. After breakfast at Ghorepani, trek to Tadapani, passing through dense forests and scenic ridges.

Trek Duration: 6–7 hours
Overnight: Lodge/Teahouse in Tadapani

Morning yoga amid the peaceful forest. Trek downhill to Jhinu Danda, where you can relax and soothe your muscles in the natural hot springs near the Modi River.

Overnight: Teahouse/Lodge in Jhinu

After yoga and breakfast, take a scenic drive back to Pokhara (approx. 2.5 hours). The rest of the day is free to relax by the lakeside, shop, or explore the charming city.

Start your morning with yoga before flying back to Kathmandu. In the afternoon, visit iconic landmarks such as Swayambhu Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. End the day with a soothing sound healing session.
