The Ghorepani Poon Hill Yoga Trek invites you to explore the spiritual essence of the Himalayas while rejuvenating your body and soul. Over nine enriching days, you’ll traverse lush rhododendron forests, visit ancient Gurung villages, and meditate under the vast Himalayan sky.
Your journey begins in Kathmandu, where sound healing and yoga prepare your mind for the adventure ahead. In Pokhara, Nepal’s serene lake city, you’ll enjoy yoga by the tranquil waters of Phewa Lake before beginning your trek through Tikhedhunga, Ulleri, and Ghorepani.
At Poon Hill (3,210 m), witness one of the most magical sunrises on Earth — golden rays illuminating the snow-capped peaks of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. Guided by certified yoga instructors and experienced trekking leaders, each day unfolds with yoga sessions that balance physical challenge and inner peace.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned trekkers alike, this journey offers a unique blend of wellness, adventure, and culture, ending with a relaxing dip in Jhinu’s natural hot springs and a final meditation in Kathmandu.
Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will greet and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in, relax and unwind before enjoying an evening sound healing therapy session to ease into a calm state of mind.

Start your morning with a gentle yoga session followed by breakfast. Take a scenic flight to Pokhara and enjoy sightseeing at Peace Stupa, Devi’s Falls, and Phewa Lake, including a serene boating experience with Himalayan reflections.

After your morning yoga, drive to Tikhedhunga (approx. 2 hours). Begin your trek to Ulleri (2,050 m), passing through lush landscapes and traditional villages. Evening relaxation with yoga and meditation.
Trek Duration: 4–5 hours
Overnight: Lodge/Teahouse in Ulleri
After a revitalizing yoga session, trek through rhododendron forests and beautiful terraced hills to Ghorepani (2,860 m) — a charming village with panoramic mountain views. Enjoy an evening yoga practice surrounded by serene mountain energy.
Trek Duration: 5–6 hours
Overnight: Lodge/Teahouse in Ghorepani
Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3,210 m) to witness the stunning sunrise over Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. After breakfast at Ghorepani, trek to Tadapani, passing through dense forests and scenic ridges.
Trek Duration: 6–7 hours
Overnight: Lodge/Teahouse in Tadapani
Morning yoga amid the peaceful forest. Trek downhill to Jhinu Danda, where you can relax and soothe your muscles in the natural hot springs near the Modi River.
Trek Duration: 5–6 hours
Overnight: Teahouse/Lodge in Jhinu
After yoga and breakfast, take a scenic drive back to Pokhara (approx. 2.5 hours). The rest of the day is free to relax by the lakeside, shop, or explore the charming city.

Start your morning with yoga before flying back to Kathmandu. In the afternoon, visit iconic landmarks such as Swayambhu Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. End the day with a soothing sound healing session.

After breakfast, our team will transfer you to the airport for your onward journey.
