Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Pokhara for a scenic 3-hour drive to Sikles, one of the oldest and largest Gurung villages in the Annapurna region.
Upon arrival, explore traditional stone houses, narrow lanes, and the local museum while enjoying views of Lamjung Himal and Annapurna II.
Overnight: Local Lodge in Sikles
Begin trekking through terraced farmland and ascend gradually into rhododendron, oak, and pine forests. The trail offers chances to spot wildlife such as Himalayan langur, barking deer, and colorful mountain birds.
Trek Duration: 6–7 hours
Overnight: Basic Teahouse or Tented Camp at Tasha
Today’s trek climbs steadily into alpine terrain and open grazing pastures. As you approach Kori Danda, expansive Himalayan views unfold around you.
Kori Hill is also a sacred seasonal site for local herders and villagers.
Trek Duration: ~5 hours
Overnight: Tented Camp / Seasonal Teahouse
Wake early to witness a spectacular Himalayan sunrise. After breakfast, descend along the same route, enjoying changing perspectives of forests and mountains.
Overnight: Teahouse / Camp at Tasha
Descend through peaceful forest trails and terraced hillsides back to Sikles village. This day allows time for reflection and cultural interaction.
Overnight: Local Lodge in Sikles
After breakfast, drive back to Pokhara (approx. 3 hours), concluding your Kori Hill Trek.
