Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Drive Pokhara (827 m) to Ghachok & Trek to Chichimley (2,360 m)

    After breakfast in Pokhara, drive by private jeep or taxi to Ghachok Village (approx. 1.5 hours). From here, begin your trek through terraced fields, mixed forests, and traditional settlements.
    The trail ascends steadily through oak and rhododendron forests, offering early mountain glimpses and insight into rural Nepali life.

    • Drive: 25 km / 1.5 hours
    • Trek: 5 hours | 8 km
    • Overnight: Lodge / Homestay
  • Day 2 : Trek from Chichimley to Khumai Danda (3,245 m)

    Today’s trek leads deeper into alpine terrain. You will pass through lush rhododendron forests and open ridges with increasingly dramatic mountain views.

    Upon reaching Khumai Danda, enjoy breathtaking sunset views over Machhapuchhre and the Annapurna range.

    • Trek: 4–5 hours | 6 km
    • Overnight: Lodge / Teahouse
  • Day 3 : Sunrise at Korchan Danda (3,700 m) & Trek to Mirsha (2,100 m)

    Early morning hike to Korchan Danda, one of the most scenic viewpoints near Pokhara. Witness a stunning sunrise illuminating Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Dhaulagiri.
    After soaking in the views, descend through forested trails to Mirsha village, where you’ll experience warm local hospitality.

    • Hike to Korchan: 2–3 hours
    • Descent: 4 hours
    • Overnight: Homestay
  • Day 4 : Trek to Kharpani Hot Spring & Drive Back to Pokhara

    A short downhill walk brings you to Kharpani Natural Hot Spring, where you can relax in warm mineral water after days of trekking.
    Afterward, drive back to Pokhara by jeep or local transport, concluding your Khumai Danda adventure.
