Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m / 4,593ft)

    Upon landing at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will welcome you with a sign bearing Adventure Friendship. A private vehicle transfers you to your hotel in Thamel. After check-in and rest, you will be invited for a pre-trip briefing at our office to discuss the trek.

  • Day 2 : Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,460m) – 7 to 8 hours

    Your journey begins with a scenic drive along the Trishuli River. The road leads through terraced farmland, small settlements, and distant views of Annapurna, Manaslu, and Ganesh Himal.
    Upon reaching Syabrubesi, relax and enjoy the peaceful riverside village.

  • Day 3 : Trek to Gatlang (2,238m) – 6 to 7 hours

    After breakfast, ascend toward Ronga Bhanjyang for spectacular views of the Gosaikunda range & Goljung Valley. Descend to Goljung for lunch, then continue upward toward the beautifully preserved Tamang village of Gatlang—known for its stone houses, Parvati Kunda, and old monastery.

  • Day 4 : Trek to Tatopani (2,607m) – 6 to 7 hours

    Descend past mani walls and forests, reaching Chilime with its picturesque hydropower dam. Cross a suspension bridge and climb gradually toward Gonggang Village for lunch. The trail finally leads you to Tatopani, famous for its medicinal natural hot springs—perfect for relaxing your muscles.

  • Day 5 : Trek to Thuman (2,338m) via Nagthali Danda (3,165m) – 5 to 6 hours

    Start with a steady climb through dense forest to Brimdang, followed by a longer ascent to Nagthali Danda, one of the trek’s best viewpoints. Enjoy breathtaking views of Ganesh Himal, Langtang Lirung, Tibetan Himal & Shishapangma.
    Descend to the charming village of Thuman, known for its lively Tamang culture and Tibetan-style dances.

  • Day 6 : Trek to Briddhim (2,229m) – 5 to 6 hours

    Follow an easy trail to Timure, an ancient Tibet–Nepal trade route village. After lunch, ascend through rhododendron & pine forests to reach Briddhim, where you stay in authentic Tamang homes. The village reflects deep Tibetan influence, offering a warm cultural experience.

  • Day 7 : Trek to Lama Hotel (2,470m) – 5 to 6 hours

    Descend to the Bhote Koshi valley and follow the trail through lush bamboo and birch forests. Wildlife lovers may spot red pandas along this section. Continue through Bamboo Village and gently climb to Rimche, finally reaching the peaceful village of Lama Hotel.

  • Day 8 : Trek back to Syabrubesi (1,460m) – 4 to 5 hours

    A mostly downhill walk through green forest brings you back to civilization. Pass through small settlements and enjoy the final views of the Langtang Himal before returning to Syabrubesi. Spend the rest of the day relaxing.

  • Day 9 : Drive to Kathmandu – 7 to 8 hours

    Take a scenic road trip back to Kathmandu along the Trishuli River. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy free time to explore the vibrant streets of Thamel.

  • Day 10 : Final Departure

    A representative will transfer you to the airport for your flight home. If you wish to extend your stay in Nepal, we’ll be happy to arrange additional tours.
