Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

    Your expedition begins with a warm welcome at Tribhuvan International Airport. Our representative transfers you to your hotel, where you meet the team and enjoy a welcome Nepali dinner. A short briefing prepares you for the days ahead.

  • Day 2 : Day 02: Preparation, Gear Check & Expedition Briefing

    Today is dedicated to preparing for the climb. You’ll review your personal gear with the expedition leader, finalize equipment rentals, and complete permit formalities. The rest of the day is free for last-minute shopping in Thamel.

  • Day 3 : Day 03: Official Briefing at the Department of Tourism

    You visit the Department of Tourism for the mandatory government briefing and meet the assigned liaison officer. After reviewing the climbing plan and safety protocols, enjoy the evening relaxing at your hotel.

  • Day 4 : Day 04: Fly to Lukla (2,840m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610m)

    A thrilling mountain flight to Lukla marks the true start of your adventure. After meeting the trekking crew, begin your gentle descent along the Dudh Koshi River, passing small Sherpa settlements and prayer walls. Overnight in Phakding.

  • Day 5 : Day 05: Trek Phakding → Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

    Follow the river valley into Sagarmatha National Park before climbing steadily through pine forests and suspension bridges. The trail rises steeply to Namche Bazaar—the vibrant Sherpa capital. Overnight lodge.

  • Day 6 : Day 06: Acclimatization Day in Namche

    A crucial rest day to help your body adapt. Take a short hike to Syangboche, Everest View Hotel, or Khumjung for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Explore Namche’s market, museums, and coffee shops.

  • Day 7 : Day 07: Trek Namche → Tengboche (3,800m)

    Descend to the river before climbing steadily through lush rhododendron forests to the hilltop monastery of Tengboche. Enjoy stunning views of Ama Dablam dominating the skyline. Overnight lodge.

  • Day 8 : Day 08: Trek Tengboche → Ama Dablam Base Camp (4,600m)

    Cross the Imja River and follow the trail over grassy alpine ridges to reach Ama Dablam Base Camp. The camp is set up with dining tents, sleeping tents, and kitchen support. Your climbing journey officially begins here.

  • Day 9 : Days 09–22: Ama Dablam Climbing Period (6,812m)

    A carefully structured schedule of rotations, acclimatization, and summit planning:

    • Camp I (5,700m): A steep climb over rocky ridges and boulders leads to the compact Camp I.
    • Camp II (6,000m): A spectacular mixed section with fixed ropes, exposed traverses, and rock towers.
    • Camp III (6,300m): A snow ridge positioned below the hanging Dablam glacier.
    • Summit Day (6,812m): A steep ascent on snow and ice delivers one of the most iconic summits in the Himalayas, offering unmatched views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and surrounding peaks.

    Climbers return to Base Camp after the summit push for rest and celebration.

  • Day 10 : Day 23: Trek Back to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

    Bid farewell to Base Camp and retrace your route through Pangboche and Tengboche, arriving back in Namche for a well-deserved rest. Overnight lodge.

  • Day 11 : Day 24: Trek Namche → Lukla (2,840m)

    A long but scenic walk takes you back to Lukla. Celebrate with the team and enjoy a relaxing evening before the return flight.

  • Day 12 : Day 25: Fly Lukla → Kathmandu

    Take a scenic morning flight back to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel for a relaxing shower and recovery.

  • Day 13 : Day 26: Free Day in Kathmandu

    A flexible day for shopping, café hopping, or optional cultural sightseeing. Ideal for rest after your expedition.

  • Day 14 : Day 27: Final Departure

    Transfer to the airport for your international flight. Our team ensures smooth assistance until your departure.
