Detailed Itinerary
- Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu (1400m)
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our friendly representative will greet you and escort you to your hotel. In the evening (around 6 PM), you’ll attend a short trip briefing session to discuss the program and meet your guide.
If you arrive early, optional sightseeing or cultural walks can be arranged.

Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu. - Day 2 : Full-Day Sightseeing in Kathmandu (UNESCO Sites)
After breakfast, your sightseeing journey begins with a professional guide and private vehicle. You’ll visit:
- Pashupatinath Temple – Sacred Hindu temple along the Bagmati River.
- Boudhanath Stupa – One of the world’s largest stupas and a hub of Tibetan Buddhism.
- Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) – A stunning hilltop site offering panoramic views.
- Kathmandu Durbar Square – Historical royal palace complex with ancient architecture.
You may enjoy lunch at a café near Boudhanath or Thamel.
Optional Activity: Take the Everest Mountain Flight in the early morning for stunning aerial views of Mt. Everest and other Himalayan giants.

Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu. - Day 3 : Drive from Kathmandu to Honey Hunting Site (Lamjung)
After breakfast, begin a scenic drive to Lamjung, passing through terraced fields, local bazaars, and hillside settlements. Upon arrival, you’ll settle into a local homestay, enjoy warm hospitality, and prepare for the upcoming honey hunting adventure.

- Day 4 : Site Observation and Village Exploration
After breakfast, you’ll walk through the village, welcomed by locals with tika and garlands. Observe the honey hunters’ preparation rituals — collecting tools, checking rope ladders, and assessing the honeycomb sites.
This day offers a chance to learn about the techniques, history, and cultural significance of honey hunting. In the evening, enjoy a traditional cultural performance by local villagers.

Overnight at homestay in Lamjung. - Day 5 : Honey Hunting Day – Witness the Cliffside Harvest
Today is the highlight of your journey! After breakfast, hike to the honey hunting site through lush forest trails. You’ll watch as skilled hunters climb rope ladders suspended against high cliffs, collecting honeycombs from wild bee nests.
Capture the entire event, from lighting the smoke fires to lowering the honey baskets — a scene filled with adrenaline and tradition. You’ll even get to taste fresh wild honey at the end of the hunt.
Afterward, return to the village for dinner and celebration.

Overnight at homestay in Lamjung. - Day 6 : Drive Back to Kathmandu
After breakfast, say goodbye to your hosts and begin the scenic drive back to Kathmandu. Once back, check into your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. You may explore Thamel’s markets, enjoy Nepali cuisine, or simply relax after your adventure.

After breakfast, our representative will transfer you to the airport three hours before your flight. If you wish to extend your stay for trekking or other tours, we can happily assist in arranging that.
