Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Kathmandu – Dolakha – Shigati – Suri Dobhan

    Altitude: 1,350m
    Drive along the Friendship Highway, leaving at Lamosangu to reach Shigati. Trek to Suri Dobhan through picturesque landscapes for the first overnight stay.

  • Day 2 : Suri Dobhan – Jagat

    Duration: 5–6 hrs | Altitude: 1,440m
    Trek along rivers and forests with diverse vegetation. Cross suspension bridges and reach Jagat, a small, culturally rich town.

  • Day 3 : Jagat – Simigaun

    Duration: 5 hrs | Altitude: 1,990m
    Walk along the riverbank, climb to the Sherpa village of Simigaun, passing through forested trails and suspension bridges.

  • Day 4 : Simigaun – Kharka

    Duration: 6 hrs | Altitude: 2,900m
    Pass more Sherpa settlements. Enjoy views of Gaurishankar while trekking through pine and rhododendron forests. Descend to Rolwaling Khola.

  • Day 5 : Kharka – Beding

    Duration: 4 hrs | Altitude: 3,690m
    Ascend along the Rolwaling Khola valley, with panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Reach Beding, a serene Sherpa village.

  • Day 6 : Beding – Na

    Duration: 5 hrs | Altitude: 4,180m
    Pass summer villages, yak pastures, and Buddhist monasteries. Arrive at Na, surrounded by potato fields and alpine meadows.

  • Day 7 : Na – Tsho Rolpa Lake

    Duration: 7 hrs | Altitude: 4,588m
    Trek along rivers and climb rocky lateral moraines to reach the spectacular Tsho Rolpa Lake, a turquoise glacial lake.

  • Day 8 : Tsho Rolpa – Trakarding Glacier

    Duration: 4 hrs | Altitude: 4,800m
    Traverse glaciers and moraine trails, surrounded by breathtaking Himalayan scenery.

  • Day 9 : Trakarding Glacier – Tashi Lapcha Base Camp

    Duration: 5 hrs | Altitude: 5,010m
    Ascend above glaciers to the base of Tashi Lapcha. Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding peaks at the base camp.

  • Day 10 : Cross Tashi Lapcha Pass

    Duration: 5 hrs | Altitude: 5,755m
    Cross one of Nepal’s highest trekking passes, with unforgettable Himalayan vistas. Descend to the campsite below the pass.

  • Day 11 : Pachermo – Thengpo

    Altitude: 6,272m / 4,370m
    Ascend Pachermo for stunning views of Everest, Makalu, and other Khumbu peaks. Descend to Thengpo.

  • Day 12 : Leisure / Contingency Day

    Extra day for acclimatization, weather adjustment, or rest before the final descent.

  • Day 13 : Thengpo – Thame

    Duration: 5 hrs | Altitude: 3,820m
    Descend gradually to Thame village, visit ancient monasteries, and enjoy panoramic views of the Khumbu region.

  • Day 14 : Thame – Namche Bazaar

    Duration: 5 hrs | Altitude: 3,440m
    Trek along the Bhote Koshi River, cross suspension bridges, and reach Namche Bazaar, a vibrant Sherpa trading town.

  • Day 15 : Namche Bazaar – Lukla

    Altitude: 2,840m
    Final trek through Sherpa villages, forests, and open landscapes, arriving at Lukla to celebrate the completion of the trek.

  • Day 16 : Flight Lukla – Kathmandu

    Fly back to Kathmandu. Spend the day shopping, sightseeing, or enjoying a farewell dinner to conclude the adventure.
