Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will greet and assist with your hotel transfer. After check-in, unwind before an evening sound healing therapy session to begin your relaxation journey.

Begin your morning with a gentle yoga session followed by breakfast. Afterward, enjoy a scenic drive to Pokhara. In the afternoon, take a boating trip on Phewa Lake and visit Barahi Temple, located on an island in the lake.
Overnight: Hotel in Pokhara
Early morning pickup from your hotel for a drive to Sarangkot (1,600 m). Hike to the viewpoint for sunrise over the Himalayas, followed by yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises. Breakfast at the viewpoint before returning to Pokhara.
In the afternoon, visit Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, and Seti River Gorge.
Overnight: Hotel in Pokhara
Early morning pickup and short hike to Shanti Stupa (Peace Pagoda) for sunrise yoga and meditation with panoramic views of Pokhara Valley and the Annapurna range. Breakfast nearby.
Afterward, hike to Pumdikot Hill to visit the giant Shiva statue and enjoy peaceful surroundings before returning to Pokhara.
Overnight: Hotel in Pokhara
Early departure to Begnas Lake for yoga and meditation by the tranquil lakeside. After a short boat ride, hike to Sundari Danda (2 hours) for stunning views of Begnas and Rupa Lakes divided by a green ridge with Himalayan backdrops.
Return to Begnas for a relaxing lakeside lunch and drive back to Pokhara.

Start your morning with yoga before your flight back to Kathmandu. In the afternoon, enjoy sightseeing at Swayambhu Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. In the evening, relax with a sound healing meditation session.
