  • Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

    Meet our representative at the airport and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, attend a short briefing about your upcoming yoga and meditation journey.

  • Day 2 : Yoga and Sightseeing in Kathmandu

    Morning yoga session followed by sightseeing in Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa, and Patan Durbar Square. Evening guided meditation.

  • Day 3 : Yoga, Bhaktapur Sightseeing & Drive to Nagarkot

    Morning yoga session. Visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, then drive to Nagarkot for stunning Himalayan views. Evening meditation session.

  • Day 4 : Yoga in Nagarkot – Drive to Chitwan (6–7 hrs)

    Enjoy sunrise yoga overlooking the Himalayas. After breakfast, drive to Chitwan National Park. Join the Tharu village tour, sunset meditation by the Rapti River, and a cultural dance program in the evening.

  • Day 5 : Yoga & Jungle Activities in Chitwan
