Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

    Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, meet our representative, and transfer to your hotel. Evening at leisure.
    Overnight in Kathmandu.

  • Day 2 : Kathmandu – Patan Sightseeing

    Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, home to palaces of Malla and Shah kings, and the Kumari Ghar (Living Goddess Temple). Continue to Swoyambhunath Stupa, perched on a hill with panoramic valley views.
    Afternoon excursion to Patan Durbar Square, including Krishna Mandir, Royal Bath, and Hiranya Varna Mahavihar.
    Overnight in Kathmandu.

  • Day 3 : Kathmandu – Bhaktapur & Heritage Sites

    Visit Pashupatinath Temple, Nepal’s most sacred Hindu shrine, and witness the cremation rituals on the Bagmati River banks. Continue to Boudhanath Stupa, a major Tibetan Buddhist center.
    In the afternoon, explore the well-preserved medieval town of Bhaktapur, famous for its traditional Newari culture and Durbar Square.
    Overnight in Kathmandu.

  • Day 4 : Kathmandu ➝ Lhasa

    Fly over the Himalayas to Gonggar Airport (Lhasa). Scenic drive along the Yarlung Tsangpo and Kyichu Rivers to Lhasa city.
    Overnight in Lhasa.

  • Day 5 : Lhasa – Potala Palace and Sera Monastery

    Morning visit to the magnificent Potala Palace, once the winter residence of the Dalai Lamas.
    Afternoon visit to Sera Monastery, renowned for its vibrant monk debates and rich history.
    Overnight in Lhasa.

  • Day 6 : Lhasa – Drepung Monastery, Jokhang Temple & Barkhor Market

    Morning visit to Drepung Monastery, the largest in Tibet and an important center of the Gelugpa school of Buddhism.
    Afternoon visit to the sacred Jokhang Temple, home to the revered golden statue of Shakyamuni Buddha, and explore the bustling Barkhor Market.
    Overnight in Lhasa.

  • Day 7 : Lhasa ➝ Kathmandu

    Transfer to the airport for your return flight to Kathmandu or onward destination.
    Overnight in Kathmandu or departure connection.

  • Day 8 : Departure from Kathmandu

    Transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
