Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Kathmandu to Lamosangu – First Rafting Adventure
    • Morning pick-up from your hotel and drive to Lamosangu Dam (approx. 3 hours) via Bhaktapur, Kavre’s forests, and Balephi Bazaar.
    • Warm welcome by the rafting crew, followed by safety briefing and equipment check.
    • Start your first rafting session, tackling continuous Class V rapids with heart-pounding drops and sharp bends.
    • Later, the rapids ease into Class IV, still providing plenty of excitement.
    • Reach the riverside campsite after about 3 hours of rafting.
    • Evening fun: beach volleyball, soccer, yoga, BBQ, campfire, music, and storytelling.
    • Overnight stay in tents under the stars.
  • Day 2 : Rafting to Dolalghat – Return to Kathmandu
    • Wake up to riverside views and enjoy an early breakfast.
    • Begin rafting with Class V rapids, gradually transitioning into Class IV–II sections.
    • Paddle past scenic terraced farmlands, colorful villages, and dense forests.
    • Pass through the famous Sukute Beach holiday spot.
    • Conclude rafting at Dolalghat and enjoy a delicious riverside lunch.
    • Afternoon drive (approx. 3 hours) back to Kathmandu.
