Start the day with sunrise meditation and yoga, followed by nutritious meals, guided meditation, reiki, sound healing, and mindfulness practices. Connect with nature during a refreshing nature walk. Overnight in Kakani.
Final yoga & meditation session in Kakani. After breakfast, return to Kathmandu. Afternoon sightseeing at Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kumari Temple, and Swayambhunath Stupa. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Free time until transfer to airport for departure. Option to extend for trekking or additional tours.
