Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

    Meet at Tribhuvan International Airport, transfer to hotel. Rest and relax. Overnight in Kathmandu.

  • Day 2 : Drive to Kakani – Yoga & Meditation Sessions

    After breakfast, drive to Kakani (private vehicle – approx. 45 minutes’ drive). Check-in at meditation center. Begin your first yoga & meditation sessions, followed by mindfulness and sound healing practices. Enjoy healthy meals and an evening meditation session. Overnight in Kakani.

  • Day 3 : Full Day Yoga and Meditation Retreat

    Start the day with sunrise meditation and yoga, followed by nutritious meals, guided meditation, reiki, sound healing, and mindfulness practices. Connect with nature during a refreshing nature walk. Overnight in Kakani.

  • Day 4 : Morning Practice – Return to Kathmandu

    Final yoga & meditation session in Kakani. After breakfast, return to Kathmandu. Afternoon sightseeing at Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kumari Temple, and Swayambhunath Stupa. Overnight in Kathmandu.

  • Day 5 : Departure
