Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)

    Meet at Tribhuvan International Airport, transfer to hotel. Expedition briefing and welcome dinner. Overnight at a hotel.

  • Day 2 : Day 02: Expedition Preparation in Kathmandu

    Permit processing, equipment check, final shopping, and briefing at the Ministry of Tourism. Overnight at a hotel.

  • Day 3 : Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2,840m), Trek to Phakding (2,610m) – 3 hrs

    Scenic mountain flight to Lukla, then an easy trek along the Dudh Koshi River to Phakding. Overnight at a lodge / teahouse.

  • Day 4 : Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) – 6 hrs

    Enter Sagarmatha National Park, cross suspension bridges, and ascend to the bustling Sherpa town. Overnight at a lodge / teahouse.

  • Day 5 : Day 05: Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar

    Short hike to Everest View Hotel (3,880m) for panoramic views. Explore local markets and Sherpa museum. Overnight at a lodge / teahouse.

  • Day 6 : Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3,860m) – 5 hrs

    Walk through rhododendron forests, reach Tengboche Monastery with spectacular Everest views. Overnight at a lodge / teahouse.

  • Day 7 : Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4,410m) – 6 hrs

    Pass Pangboche village and continue through alpine meadows to Dingboche. Overnight at a lodge / teahouse.

  • Day 8 : Day 08: Acclimatization in Dingboche

    Optional hike to Nangkartshang Peak (5,083m) or Chhukung Valley. Rest and prepare. Overnight at a lodge / teahouse.

  • Day 9 : Day 09: Trek to Lobuche (4,940m) – 6 hrs

    Gradual climb through Thukla Pass with memorials for fallen climbers. Overnight in Lobuche. Overnight at a lodge / teahouse.

  • Day 10 : Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364m) – 7 hrs

    Trek via Gorak Shep and reach the legendary Everest Base Camp. Settle into expedition tents. Overnight at a tent.

     

  • Day 11 : Days 11–55: Everest Climbing Period

    Climbing & Rotation Phase

    • Acclimatization rotations: Establish Camp I (6,065m), Camp II (6,400m), and Camp III (7,200m).
    • Summit preparation: Move to Camp IV (7,950m) at South Col.
    • Summit attempt: Climb Mt. Everest (8,848.86m), then descend safely to Base Camp.

    Overnight at a tent.

  • Day 12 : Day 56: Trek back to Pheriche (4,280m) – 7 hrs

    Descend through Lobuche and Thukla Pass to Pheriche. Overnight at a lodge / teahouse.

  • Day 13 : Day 57: Trek to Namche Bazaar – 7 hrs

    Return through Pangboche and Tengboche to Namche. Overnight at a lodge / teahouse.

  • Day 14 : Day 58: Trek to Lukla – 7 hrs

    Final trekking day with celebratory evening in Lukla. Overnight at a lodge / teahouse.

  • Day 15 : Day 59: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu

    Short scenic flight, transfer to hotel. Free day for rest and shopping. Dinner. Overnight at a hotel.

  • Day 16 : Day 60: Final Departure

    Transfer to airport for international departure.
