Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

    Our representative will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, you may rest or explore the lively streets of Thamel.

  • Day 2 : Trip Preparation & Kathmandu Sightseeing

    In the morning, we’ll have a trip briefing covering the Lobuche East Peak itinerary, team introduction, permits, and gear checks. Afterward, enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of UNESCO World Heritage Sites including Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.

  • Day 3 : Fly to Lukla (2,860m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610m)

    Flight Duration: 30 minutes
    Trek Duration: 3–4 hours
    Take a scenic flight to Lukla, gateway to the Everest region. Begin trekking through forests, small Sherpa villages, and suspension bridges along the Dudh Koshi River before reaching Phakding.

  • Day 4 : Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

    Trek Duration: 5–6 hours
    Walk through pine forests, cross suspension bridges, and enter Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo. The trail then climbs steadily to Namche Bazaar, the vibrant Sherpa capital. On a clear day, you’ll catch your first glimpse of Mount Everest.

  • Day 5 : Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

    Today is an acclimatization and exploration day. Options include a short hike to the Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam, or a visit to Khumjung and Khunde villages. Evening at leisure in Namche.

  • Day 6 : Trek Namche to Tengboche (3,867m)

    Trek Duration: 5–6 hours
    The trail ascends along the valley wall with spectacular views of Ama Dablam before descending to the Dudh Koshi River. A final uphill stretch leads to Tengboche Monastery, the largest in the Khumbu region, with stunning mountain backdrops.

  • Day 7 : Trek Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m)

    Trek Duration: 6 hours
    Descend through forests to cross the Imja River, then pass Debuche and Pangboche villages before gradually climbing into the Imja Valley. Continue on a scenic trail to Dingboche, surrounded by farmland and mountain views.

  • Day 8 : Trek Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910m)

    Trek Duration: 5–6 hours
    The trail ascends gradually through rugged terrain. After Thukla, climb to Thukla Pass, marked with memorials for climbers. Continue along the Khumbu Glacier moraine to reach Lobuche village.

  • Day 9 : Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364m) & Return to Gorak Shep (5,164m)

    Trek Duration: 7 hours
    Walk along the glacier to Gorak Shep, then continue to Everest Base Camp. After exploring and capturing memories at this iconic site, return to Gorak Shep for the night.

  • Day 10 : Hike Kala Patthar (5,545m) & Return to Lobuche (4,910m)

    Trek Duration: 7–8 hours
    Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views over Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Pumori. Descend to Gorak Shep for breakfast before trekking back to Lobuche.

  • Day 11 : Trek to Lobuche Peak Base Camp (4,950m)

    Trek Duration: 5–6 hours
    Trek over rocky terrain and cross the Lobuche Glacier to reach Base Camp. After setting up camp, begin climbing training with your guide, practicing the use of ropes, crampons, harnesses, and ice axes.

  • Day 12 : Trek to High Camp (5,400m)

    Trek Duration: 3–4 hours
    Climb gradually over rocky moraines and snow-covered sections to reach High Camp. Prepare climbing gear and rest before the summit push.

  • Day 13 : Summit Lobuche East (6,119m) & Return to Base Camp

    Climb Duration: 8–9 hours
    Start early (1–2 AM) for the summit push. Follow fixed ropes and climb steep snow slopes (up to 45°) to reach the summit of Lobuche East Peak (6,119m). Enjoy breathtaking views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu, Ama Dablam, and Pumori. Descend via High Camp to Base Camp.

  • Day 14 : Trek Lobuche Base Camp to Pangboche (3,930m)

    Trek Duration: 5–6 hours
    Descend past alpine valleys and forests of juniper and rhododendron. Enjoy views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kantega before arriving at Pangboche.

  • Day 15 : Trek Pangboche to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

    Trek Duration: 5–6 hours
    Retrace the trail through forests and riversides, crossing suspension bridges before reaching Namche Bazaar. Evening free to enjoy Sherpa hospitality.

  • Day 16 : Trek Namche to Lukla (2,860m)
