Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival in Paro & Transfer to Thimphu (2 hrs drive)
Scenic flight into Bhutan with spectacular Himalayan views.
Warm welcome at Paro International Airport by our representative.
Visit Kyichu Lhakhang and Paro Dzong (time permitting).
Evening drive to Thimphu, the charming capital of Bhutan.
Day 2 : Thimphu Sightseeing & Drive Back to Paro (2 hrs drive)
Explore Thimphu: Memorial Chorten, National Library, Folk Heritage Museum, Drubthob Nunnery, Handmade Paper Factory, School of Arts & Crafts, and Handicraft Emporium.
Visit Tashichho Dzong, Bhutan’s grand administrative & monastic center.
Late afternoon drive back to Paro for overnight stay.
Day 3 : Paro – Hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery
After breakfast, hike to the spectacular Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest Monastery) perched on a cliff 900m above the valley.
Afternoon visit to the National Museum of Bhutan, Rinpung Dzong, Drukgyel Dzong ruins, and traditional Bhutanese farmhouses.
Enjoy majestic views of Mt. Jumolhari.
Day 4 : Departure from Paro
